There is also a furnished patio with a barbecue. In addition, a separate guide building can accommodate two guests. While power is supplied via solar and wind, there are four fuel-powered generators as a backup, and a well pump and pressure system handles water supply. You’ll also take ownership of a floating dock, boat, utility trailers, 300cc Honda quad, 8x20 ft Seacan, storage shed, tools, welder, fishing rods, supplies, and more. Licensing sets a limit of 30 guests per day, but that can be expanded with additional construction. The current lease, which expires in May 2025, is $3,653 per year with the chance to renew for 33 years upon government approval. Property taxes for this real estate are below $100.
